Integrating environmentally sound building materials and resource-saving fixtures such as motion operated lights, Silverwood company’s self-storage buildings are engineered greener. The buildings are climate controlled and built with the security of the consumer’s belongings in mind. Once completed, the buildings are managed and maintained by Cube-Smart.
Cube Smart Arlington – East Falls Church
CubeSmart Self Storage of Arlington is a five-story, climate-controlled self storage facility located at the Arlington/East Falls Church line on the Lee Highway.
Completed in September 2015, this 110,000 GSF concrete and steel building yields 88,000 NSF with 1230 rental lockers.
